Ayurveda Yoga Australia and skincare brand Subtle Energies are hosting their 3rd International Ayurveda Yoga Conference on May 8-10. The conference will take place online with free entry for all.
Ever since the first two International Ayurveda Yoga Conferences in 2006 and 2009, their goal has been to bring authentic and in-depth knowledge of these ancient sciences and make it relevant to the current times.
There is a fabulous line-up of exceptional speakers, and experts of yoga, Ayurveda and wellness, as well as educators, researchers and those working in their speciality fields of clinical research. There are various familiar faces from the wellness industry.
Farida Irani, founder of Subtle Energies, will host a talk about the “Integrative Approach to Stress, Hormonal Imbalance and Conception”.
“Each speaker has a wealth of knowledge and we’re thrilled that this program will be offered free to all those who are willing to receive it,” says Irani. “It provides both a unique education opportunity and deeper understanding of how these sciences can help, especially right now.”

Six Senses’ wellness pioneer, Anna Bjurstam, and Kamalaya co-founder, John Stewart, will be part of an interesting panel on challenges and successes of “Ayurveda, Yoga and Nutrition in Urban, Retreat and Resort Settings”.
Professor Marc Cohen, founder of the Extreme Wellness Institute, will hold a talk on “Water Wellness and the Inner Well of Being”.
Furthermore, Professor Gerry Bodeker, chair of the Mental Wellness Initiative of the Global Wellness Institute and Destination Deluxe Awards judge, will host a panel on the second day.
Check out the great line-up, and sign up for the free conference.
