During the wellness program, guests will stay at one of the 10 guest suites known as Gladaks, which are traditional, hand-hewn, vernacular Javanese homes. The century-old wood structures were hand-picked in East Java, carefully disassembled, transported and reassembled on site.
Guests who join the wellness programs will get to nourish their bodies with healthy meals from the resort’s restaurant, which makes use of local produce and organic ingredients. There is a daily à la carte menu for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and afternoon tea as well as unlimited in-room fruit bowls, snacks and a non-alcoholic mini-bar.
Plus, you get unlimited access to wellness facilities, such as the Himalayan Salt and Infrared Sauna, Subterranean Hot and Cold Pool, and the 24-hour Gym.

Each program includes daily morning yoga and afternoon healing movement sessions, as well as nightly meditation classes. You can build your own experience with the range of classes and activities available such as breathwork, meditation, massages, and contrast therapy sessions in the pool. The Asa Maia bespoke approach allows you to also custom tailor your program with additional spa, movement or mindfulness sessions.

This fully immersive healing experience is the most physically active-oriented package of the three, with morning, mid-morning and afternoon movement sessions.
It incorporates breathwork, contrast therapy, movement, mindful healing and massage.
Breathwork plays an extremely important role in The Asa Maia, daily morning breathwork sessions are available for all guests. The breathwork program can be customized to fit your needs, be it increased fitness capabilities, stronger immune responses, and emotional trauma release.

RELAX & RADIATE

This experience is to offer rest, healing and a focus on your skin and muscles to fully release and reset. This is a transformation through relaxation to achieve an inward and outward glow that will have you feeling reinspired and radiating.
Enjoy 60-minute spa treatments such as body scrub, body mask, mani/pedi, and scalp massage.
This package offers an option to upgrade your facial treatments to a Biologique Recherche Facial.
For those who opt for 5 or 7 nights, there is one à la carte healing practitioner session and The Asa Maia suggests guests to try its private breathwork and contrast therapy session.
REST & RESET
This signature slow-down retreat allows you to focus on enjoying The Asa Maia experience, with plenty of free time to rest, swim, sauna and explore Uluwatu.
