Marking its 5th anniversary, the Destination Deluxe Awards have been offering a comprehensive global line-up, fully encompassing everything that sets a standard in the wellness, spa and travel industry to give recognition to retreats, spas, treatments, hotels and of course, skincare brands. This year, the Destination Deluxe Awards 2023 span 25 categories, with 3 new People’s Choice categories for Resorts & Retreats; Spas, Programs & Treatments; and Skincare, which were voted on by the public.
On 12 October 2023, the Destination Deluxe Awards 2023 were held at the illustrious Banyan Tree Bangkok, which provided the perfect backdrop for a celebration of the finest in luxury and wellness. Nominees, industry insiders, travel connoisseurs, wellness aficionados, and honored guests from near and far all gathered for the much-anticipated evening.
In recognition of the industry’s finest in 25 categories, the Destination Deluxe Awards 2023, of which 22 had been voted on by a panel of 20 expert judges, were awarded to the best spas, treatments, hotels and resorts, retreats, and skincare brands that have exhibited outstanding achievements in luxury standards, innovation, quality, as well as ecological awareness, and prospective contributions to the growth of the wellness and travel industries. This enchanting evening was a memorable ode to excellence, to honor the trailblazers, the innovators, and the custodians of wellness and opulence in 2023.

We’ve received more than 4,000 public votes for the best ‘Hotels & Retreats’, the most extraordinary ‘Spas, Programs & Treatments’, and the ‘Skincare’ brands that elevate your beauty regimen to unparalleled heights. We kicked off the celebration the night before with an exclusive Pre-Awards networking River Cruise Dinner and an exquisite networking Lunch at CLARA Bangkok on the day of the Awards, and we are so excited to see what 2024 has in store. We plan to have a two-day event next year!”
During the gala evening, guests participated in a raffle draw, with one lucky attendee winning a coveted 3-Night Wellness Retreat at Kamalaya Koh Samui, while another left with a sleek Heat Performance Row machine from Life Fitness. In addition, the evening brought delight to two fortunate guests who received luxurious gift sets courtesy of L’Occitane, and two others who walked away with exquisite gift sets from Intraceuticals, adding an extra layer of joy to an already unforgettable night.
