The Destination Deluxe Awards & Wellness Summit 2026 concluded on the evening of 23 September at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River, following two days of influential conversations, transformative wellness experiences and a glamorous celebration of the people, places and brands shaping the future of global wellbeing.
Bringing together influential wellness leaders, innovators, hoteliers, practitioners and travel visionaries from around the world, the two-day gathering combined forward-looking conversations, transformative wellness experiences and meaningful connections before culminating in the prestigious Destination Deluxe Awards Ceremony on 23 September. The event welcomed more than 200 attendees, reinforcing its position as an influential international meeting place for the wellness and luxury hospitality industries.
Now in its eighth year, the Destination Deluxe Awards recognized outstanding achievements across 25 categories spanning wellness, luxury travel, spa, beauty, longevity and regenerative tourism. Winners in 22 categories were selected by a distinguished panel of 21 industry judges, while the public determined the recipients of three People’s Choice Awards.
Receiving the evening’s most coveted distinction, Aro Ha Wellness Retreat in New Zealand was named Wellness Retreat of the Year. The Datai Langkawi in Malaysia received Hotel of the Year, SHA Mexico took home Longevity & Biohacking Facility of the Year, and ESPA at Pical in Croatia was crowned Spa of the Year.
Among the leading brand honors, Clinique La Prairie retained its position at the forefront of the longevity sector as Longevity Brand of the Year. ELE|NA was named Wellness Brand of the Year, VOYA received Spa Skincare Brand of the Year, Subtle Energies won Clean Skincare Brand of the Year, and 111SKIN was honored as Performance-Driven Skincare Brand of the Year.
BDMS Wellness Clinic led the People’s Choice honors, winning Spas, Clinics, Programs & Treatments. Aman Nai Lert Bangkok received the People’s Choice Award for Travel, Hotels & Retreats, while Biologique Recherche won the public vote for Wellness Brands & Skincare.

A Summit Focused on the Future of Wellness
The Destination Deluxe Wellness Summit explored some of the most influential ideas transforming the global wellbeing landscape.
The program featured three principal panel discussions: “Beyond Longevity: The New Human Performance Era,” “The Rise of Purpose-Led Travel Experiences,” and “Designing for Transformation: The Next Era of Wellness Hospitality.”
Speakers included leading voices from Palazzo di Varignana, VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center, GOCO Hospitality, ZenoWell, the Global Wellness Institute, Datu Wellness, Manduka, Song Saa Collective, VIKASA, Gharieni Group, 111SKIN, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Wellness Innovation Hub and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
The keynote program featured Dr. Tanupol Virunhagarun, CEO of Group 8, overseeing BDMS Wellness Clinic, BDMS Wellness Resort and BDMS Silver at Bangkok Dusit Medical Services, as well as “Resonate Together: SonicSounds, A Rainbow Sounds Experience,” led by Bianca Sengos, Founder and CEO of Rainbow Sounds.
Experiential highlights included The Great Gate workshop with Aro Ha co-founder Damian Chaparro, morning yoga led by Niki Lundberg of VIKASA, Aerial Yoga and a Mindful Mandala Workshop by Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok, and a floating sound bath by Akasha Curation, supported by Manduka. Returning after becoming one of the standout experiences of last year’s Summit, the floating sound bath once again proved to be a highlight of the program.
Hosted lunch roundtables offered intimate conversations with industry leaders on subjects including longevity, AI and robotics, luxury skincare partnerships, social wellness, movement, neurocosmetics and the future of the therapist. Throughout the two-day gathering, dedicated networking opportunities, including a welcome reception at the award-winning BKK Social Club on 22 September, brought together leading founders, executives, hoteliers, practitioners and innovators to exchange ideas, build meaningful relationships and explore future partnerships.
