Fivelements Hong Kong will be the wellness brand’s first Fivelements Habitat, an urban retreat for yoga, sacred arts, meditation and a range of wellness programs
Fivelements, which rose to fame for its award-winning retreat in Bali, has launched Fivelements Habitats to bring its wellness offering into the city. The first location will open at Times Square in Hong Kong in July, 2019, followed by two other locations in Hong Kong’s central business districts over the next 18 months.
The first standalone Fivelements Habitat for yoga and sacred arts will feature a rich collection of holistic practices, promoting self-exploration, as well as mental and physical health. Designed to cater to the growing corporate wellness clientele and the urban wellness tribe, Fivelements Habitat in Hong Kong will offer a diverse array of classes, including yoga, meditation and mindfulness, movement, martial arts and dance, somatics, visual arts, tea ceremonies, and sound healing. The holistic wellness programs will also offer bespoke therapies, including bodywork, intuitive healing and energy work, natural beauty treatments as well as Fivelements’ signature bespoke wellness coaching.

The wellness programs will range from classes to private sessions, corporate groups, workshops, events, and day retreats.
The award-winning plant-based cuisine, which gained much attention through its Sakti Dining Room at Fivelements Retreat Bali, will also be available. “We will be introducing new formats of the cuisine in our city destinations, including Sakti Elixir Bars and Delicatessen, traiteur-inspired eat-in or eat-out models,” says Lahra Tatriele, Chief Innovation Officer and Co-Founder of Fivelements.

“At Fivelements, we recognise that optimal wellness comes from embracing and respecting the body, mind and spirit, where health and self-realisation are reflections of the love, authenticity, and harmony within,” says Chicco Tatriele, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Fivelements. “Whilst our retreat experiences at Fivelements Retreat Bali offer an excellent opportunity for guests to immerse in transformative healing over a residential stay, our new yoga and sacred arts models will support our city guests closer to their homes.”
Since opening its doors in 2010, Fivelements has established itself as an innovative pioneer in wellness retreats, epicurean plant-powered cuisine, transformative sacred arts programs, and wellness hospitality. To date, Fivelements has won over 40 international awards spanning across hotel/resort, wellness, spa, culinary and sustainable design industries, and welcomes guests from all over the world.

Furthermore, Fivelements recently joined Evolution Wellness, which owns three of the leading fitness brands in Southeast Asia – Celebrity Fitness, CHi Fitness and Fitness First. Becoming part of Evolution Wellness gives Fivelements the ability to take the brand to new heights with the introduction of these urban wellness concepts in Asia (there will be two more in addition to Times Square before they expand to other cities), as well as focusing on expanding the existing retreat in Bali with the addition of new suites and a plant-based culinary academy.
