Sujay Seshadri: Sujay has developed a deep and profound understanding of the human mind and the different spiritual states of consciousness after spending a number of years ordained as a monk and practicing meditation. Motivated to enrich lives with love and awareness, he has over 20 years’ experience in helping people all over the world access greater depths of inner freedom and happiness.
Krishna Raj: Krishna is an internationally renowned meditation and integral wellness expert with close to 25 years of experience in his field. After a powerful spiritual experience at the age of 16, he lived as a monk for the next 21 years and immersed himself in meditation and spiritual philosophy. He has guided advanced meditation retreats and mentored several thousand people from around the world.
Srinivas Bhat: Srinivas trained and worked in esoteric meditations and spiritual philosophy for 15 years while a practicing monk in his early life. Based on his simple yet profound understanding of life and the human mind, gained through his own inner journey over the past two decades, he travels across many countries and assists others to look within for clarity and awareness to live a truly fulfilled life.
The Kamalaya retreat includes six nights’ accommodation, full board with Kamalaya’s Inspired Healthy Cuisineand beverages (excluding imported drinks and alcohol), round-trip airport transfers, a wellness consultation, Body Bioimpedance Analysis, ten group sessions (mornings and afternoons daily), a Wellness Gift Bag, discounts on additional Wellness treatments (excluding Visiting Practitioner sessions), as well as the use of swimming and plunge pools, steam caverns, and fitness and yoga facilities.
During the retreat, you will get a 90-minute personal mentoring session to help you break free of conflicting and repetitive responses, rediscover your core strengths and values, establish greater love and connection in relationships, heal past emotions, and discover a wonderful new way to get the best from life. Your Personal Mentor will take you through a process of healing using profound insights, powerful practices, and ancient techniques of divine energy transfer. Also included are healing wellness treatments at the Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary that enhance the inward journey by comforting and nurturing the physical body. The treatments, each lasting 60 minutes, include a Traditional Asian Foot Massage, aimed at calming the mind, relieving headaches, and inducing deep and restful sleep; a Traditional Asian Hand Massage to facilitate the release of accumulated emotional stress and old emotional patterns; an Indian Head Massage to relieve tension and blockages in your shoulders, neck, back, and scalp; and a Chi Nei Tsang session to promote circulation and the health of internal organs, while also balancing the nervous system to release stress and facilitate healing. You also have a choice of Kamalaya’s unique Vital Essence Oil Massage (60 minutes) with essential oils selected to suit your body’s constitution, or a Thai Massage (60 minutes) to stimulate the blood flow, release toxins, and allow the body to naturally heal itself and restore suppleness.
