Dr Oberdan Marianetti

Dr Oberdan Marianetti is a UK qualified Psychologist and Clinical Sexologist with 2 decades of international experience. First as an in-house psychologist for financial institutions where he was the Global Head of the Learning and Organisational Development team at the peak of his career and then as an independent professional.

He is well-versed in understanding and supporting individuals to navigate the challenges of modern life in all areas, whether they be personal, professional or relational.

His expertise extends to cutting-edge wellness practises as a qualified WHM (Wim Hof Method) and Oxygen Advantage instructor. He has combined all his experiences in the innovative OM-Wellness Process, a programme he designed in 2018 to help participants break through their limiting beliefs and rediscover a life of purpose.

After a career as a soloist with the National Bulgarian Contemporary Dance Company & touring, Stephanie turned to the path of yoga. Yoga for her is the ultimate home, uniting the Heart, the Mind and the Physical Body. She has more than 350 hours in training as a yoga teacher and is known for her compassionate approach combined with her signature creativity on the mat and physical expertise coming from her dance practice.

Stephanie’s mission is to help her students to achieve a clear, stable mind through meditation, and a strong and flexible body through the practice of yoga asana.

Outside of her teaching practice, she is a practicing artist as a dance film director and a movement director working with clients in fashion, music and TV.
