Sarah lives in Minnesota, USA where she owns and operates Studio One Yoga. She has been teaching for 13 years and her yoga trainings are based in Vinyasa, Hatha, 26 +2, Yin/Restorative and Karmic yoga. As a retreat leader for 8 years, practicing in paradise is a favorite pastime. Creating a space to reconnect to the self and to inner strength, acceptance and self-love are a foundation for her teachings. Playfulness and curiosity is always at the heart of her classes as she helps students find the balance of intensity and pure relaxation.
Dr. Darrell Christian
Clinical Psychologist
Dr. Darrell Christian is a clinical psychologist with over 25 years of experience based in California. He specializes in working with couples to create or re-create a mutually satisfying relationship that allows them to grow in the face of the challenges of relationships. His therapy approach is based on mindfulness, consciousness, compassion, and empathy, with the goal of cultivating a “Conscious Relationship” for each couple. Dr. Christian has a passion for exploring the mysteries of life which has led him to areas of interest, including mindful relationships, quantum physics, spirituality, transformation and emotion, and the nature of suffering we inflict upon ourselves and others.
