Scott Schwenk has been catalyzing the inner evolution and personal development of individuals, groups and organizations for more than 25 years. Combining his penchant for practical tools and visionary insight, his teachings guide seekers to explore their deepest selves leading them to live their lives free from tension and full of enlightenment.
Known for his hugely popular Wanderlust Festival workshops, his Unplug classes, and online trainings, Schwenk teaches a mixture of Dharma talks, Meditations and Breathwork Practices with the intention of helping individuals grow, transform obstacles into opportunities, and find love within. Schwenk spent several years living and learning in a Hindu monastery which introduced him to the core body of Tantric traditions, which continue to flow through each of his teachings even today. Schwenk’s teachings move through the core principles of Waking Up, Growing Up, Cleaning Up, and Showing Up. These lenses allow willing participants to work through their adult ego development and access wider perspectives through consistent meditative practices.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO BE A SPIRITUAL TEACHER?
I didn’t decide. I just knew it was my dharma. How that knowing appeared at different stages in my life has felt different. It’s just always been a calling, and I wouldn’t wish it on anybody if it’s not their calling. But it’s a calling for me and it’s one that I’m at peace with, and it’s very fulfilling. It’s a calling that I continually say “yes” to in a lot of ways. I say yes by choosing to do practices that free me. I say yes by choosing to take good care of this body. I say yes by continuing to be a student and by continuing to listen beyond what my ego is going through.

ECSTATIC BREATHWORK IN A NUTSHELL
Breathwork has been used for thousands of years to access the stillness that exists beyond the thinking mind. It’s an indispensable method for supporting the body’s peak health and vitality, increasing concentration and awareness, and experiencing profound love and fulfillment from within.
Breathwork practices combine ancient rhythmic breathing with playlists designed to have you soaring. This powerful practice balances the physical with the mental, clears out stuck emotional energy, expands insight/intuition, and opens the heart — a regular reset for your life.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION WITH YOU?
Sessions are to clarify understanding, to initiate practices which lead to deepening freedom from suffering, compassion for all beings, and skillful wholehearted and humble participation with the fullness of life.
In these sessions we work to recognize and dissolve core tensions throughout your entire being, accelerating the work of Waking Up, Growing Up, Cleaning Up, and Showing Up.
This dissolving process unfolds through dialogue, meditation, breath, and homework practices.
WHO SHOULD BOOK A SESSION?
Somebody who feels a resonance with my style, a resonance with me and who feels a calling to wake up more deeply and grow up more fully. They’re ready to grow and take responsibility for their part of the process.
