Lisa has a passion for helping people evolve and has spent years working with some of the worlds leading Neuroscientists, researchers and psychologists to discover the most effective techniques to help people better maintain and improve positive mental health. These include a number of contemporary modalities including hypnotherapy, timeline therapy, core processing and neurological levels of change.
While being guided through these techniques you will learn new ways to manage your emotions and behaviours and how to reinforce positive mood states.
