TIA Wellness Resort redefines the spa experience by integrating holistic wellbeing into each stay through treatments, education and wellness activities designed to elevate creativity and a sense of life purpose. “Wellness Inclusive” guests are guaranteed 2 spa treatments per night (total 80 min per person) from the extensive spa menu, in addition to daily wellness practices including a breathwork master class, Tai Chi, Active Yoga Flow, and a creative workshop with TIA Tea.
Retreat Inclusive
For guests who wish to dive deeper into self-discovery and expression, “Retreat Inclusive” is a 3-night/4-day program. This retreat has been thoughtfully crafted for guests to enhance inner stillness (Stillness Program) and brave creative expression (Splash Program) based on the key TIA pillars of truth, inspiration and conscious action. Guests will enjoy 2 wellness therapies per night (total 120 min per person), in addition to daily wellness practices including a breathwork master class, Tai Chi, Active Yoga Flow, a creative workshop with TIA Tea, as well as access to their own personal TIA wellness guide who will tailor the entire journey, including plant-based full-board meals.
CULTURAL EXPLORATION
Perched on the white sands of Vietnam’s famed Central Coast, TIA Wellness Resort sits perfectly between three UNESCO World Heritage Sites, including the imperial city of Hue, the ancient town of Hoi An and the Hindu temples of My Son, making it a perfect destination for combining palm-lined beachside relaxing with a cultural exploration of historical Vietnam. Furthermore, the TIA team can arrange a private walking food tour to local homies or a day of snokerling and discovering Cham Island.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
