THE EXPERIENCE
To curate each client’s K-beauty journey with care, VIA LUMI care begins with a private consultation with a Certified International Medical Coordinator. Guests share their aesthetic interests, travel schedule and any concerns, allowing their dedicated coordinator to understand what matters before proposing clinics or experiences.
VIA LUMI then recommends suitable partners and creates a personalized itinerary. The team coordinates appointments and reservations, bringing medical aesthetics, beauty, wellness and cultural experiences together in one seamless program.
Each guest is personally guided by the same dedicated coordinator, from the initial consultation through to expert interpretation and personal accompaniment in Seoul. Along with private transportation, this continuity helps guests communicate clearly and move between appointments without having to manage unfamiliar local logistics themselves.
Following treatment, VIA LUMI can facilitate communication with the treating clinic and help guests understand the practitioner’s aftercare instructions. Medical guidance and clinical aftercare remain the responsibility of the medical professional.

THE FOUNDER
VIA LUMI was founded by Hong Won Choi, known as Won, together with his childhood friend Denny. Before returning to Seoul, Won lived and worked across London, Hong Kong and Singapore.
He holds a BSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Computer Science from the University of St Andrews. His career included Macquarie Bank’s Infrastructure and Real Assets private equity division and a data scientist role at Allica Bank in London.
Before returning to Seoul, a year spent traveling through Latin America and Southeast Asia shaped Won’s belief that decisions involving beauty, wellbeing and personal care depend on trust, cultural understanding and thoughtful human element. VIA LUMI brings that perspective together with his interests in luxury travel, wellness and K-beauty.
